Criminal litigation
Our Chambers handles applications for regular and anticipatory bail, quashing petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (formerly Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code), discharge applications and appeals.

Indirect tax, GST and CESTAT
Our Chambers handles replies to show cause notices, departmental adjudication, and appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals), the CESTAT and the GST Appellate Tribunal, together with writ challenges to summons, provisional attachment, blocking of input tax credit, registration cancellation and recovery action. Matters span classification and valuation disputes, refund and export claims, input tax credit denial, and legacy service tax, central excise and customs proceedings.

RERA and Real Estate Appellate Tribunal

Technology and data protection litigation
Proceedings under the Information Technology Act, 2000, including identity theft, cheating by personation, obscene material, unauthorised access and data theft, and compensation claims before the Adjudicating Officer. Our Chambers advises intermediaries on safe harbour and due diligence under the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code Rules, 2021, and appears in takedown, blocking, Grievance Appellate Committee and CERT-In matters. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, it handles complaints, inquiries and penalty proceedings before the Data Protection Board, breach notifications, consent frameworks and cross-border transfers, with appeals to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal and writ challenges before the High Court.

Intellectual property litigation
Infringement and passing off suits, interim and dynamic injunctions, John Doe orders, Anton Piller and local commissioner applications, and rectification and cancellation petitions. The Chambers handles trademark opposition, rectification and renewal proceedings before the Registrar of Trade Marks, copyright registration objections and disputes before the Registrar of Copyrights, patent oppositions before the Controller, and design cancellation matters. It also advises on licensing, assignment and franchise arrangements, software and content ownership, celebrity and personality rights, counterfeiting and customs recordal, and appears in appeals before the High Court, writ proceedings, and commercial court suits under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

Election petitions
The Chambers appears for petitioners and for returned candidates in petitions under Part VI of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, calling an election into question on the grounds of corrupt practice, improper acceptance or rejection of a nomination, improper reception or refusal of votes, and material non-compliance with the Act or the rules made under it. Disqualification questions under Sections 8 to 11A of the Act, writ challenges to nomination scrutiny, symbol allotment, electoral roll entries and returning officer decisions, election disputes in co-operative societies and local bodies before the designated authorities and tribunals, and appeals to the Supreme Court under Section 116A.
