PARIMAL WAGH
Parimal Wagh is an Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country, and several tribunals, including the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (REAT), The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Parimal decided to pursue a career in law during the final year of his BBA-CA degree. He subsequently cleared the MH-CET Law examination and secured admission to the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai. During his first year of law school, he began his legal career as an intern in the chambers of Justice (then Advocate) Advait Sethna, where he assisted in several matters involving the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), NCLT, Income Tax authorities, Arbitration proceedings, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Government of India. He continued working with Advocate Sethna until the final year of his law studies.
During this period, Parimal also participated in virtual legal experience programmes conducted by leading international law firms, including Pinsent Masons and Kennedys in the United Kingdom.
After enrolling with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Parimal commenced independent practice before the Bombay High Court on its Appellate Side, handling a diverse range of matters across civil, criminal, commercial and regulatory law.
In 2025, he moved to New Delhi to expand his appearances before the Supreme Court of India, where he has since appeared in matters involving diverse areas of law. He has represented international clients, former Chief Ministers, Ministers and other public figures and has assisted in several high-profile proceedings.
Parimal has particular experience in handling henious criminal matters. His practice also extends to complex land and property disputes, involving intricate questions of title, possession, development, and related civil and commercial issues.
Parimal is also the author of three books: The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, Simplified RERA, and his latest work, Dictionary of Basic Economics.
He currently resides in New Delhi and maintains a practice extending across New Delhi, Mumbai, and other jurisdictions.
